Have you ever been trying to go to sleep at night, but suddenly found yourself staring at the ceiling thinking about all the things you could have done differently? Have you ever felt like no one understands you, even when they say they do? Do you ever feel alone in a crowded room? Like you're not really there? These things happen to a lot of people. People just like me and you. Frightening isn't it? Knowing that someone, someplace in the world is having basically the same thoughts as you, only in different context. It's nature some would say, others not so much. There are many different thought bases behind why we have these thoughts. But it doesn't really matter why we have them, it's more of how we deal with them.
Being alone in a world of strangers is something everyone handles differently. Some smile and pretend nothing is wrong, others well they push everyone away, try and hide from the world. And that's not good. When you are feeling alone and scared don't try and push people away. Talk to someone, tell them what you're feeling, example to them you want them to listen nothing more if that helps. But whatever you do, don't leave yourself alone with those thoughts of loneliness. Cause in the end it is only gonna get worse. And no one wants that.
